Hello! My name is Laney and I started Arcane Alchemy to help people feel better about themselves and their hair. For me, yes we want to keep your hair healthy and happy but we also want to keep you healthy and happy. A very laid back and honest approach to what you and your hair needs. With that said I am not a fairy god mother (I wish) there may be certain services that I cannot perform for various reasons but I will definitely work with you to achieve what we can! As I continue this journey I hope to see as many smiling faces as I can and if I haven’t met you yet I’m sure excited to meet you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
I get it things happen! The earlier you can let me know of a cancellation or need to rebook the better! You can cancel up to 24 hours ahead of time online or by contacting me for no charge. However same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 30% of their service cost!
